The equipment is designed for various materials such as dry chemical test strip meshes, blood filtration membranes, and color development membranes, featuring precise positioning. All feeding shafts and release membrane collection shafts are equipped with independent torque control, ensuring consistent tension during the traction process. It enables automated operations for materials bonding, pressing, and cutting. For different manufacturing processes, the equipment utilizes coiled raw materials with up to four raw material inlet ports, enabling simultaneous bonding of four types of materials.
The device employs a bus communication control system. It features simple adjustment: rotation of the screw adjustment wheel facilitates easy and time-efficient switching between different products. The intelligent control system enables automatic photoelectric tracking, ensuring comprehensive film application coverage and automatic cutting upon proper positioning of the base card.
