This project was meticulously designed by JEARI for a prominent Korean diagnostics company, resulting in the establishment of a state-of-the-art automated gold electrode production line at their facility in Turkey.
Utilizing roll-form raw materials, the production system incorporates advanced processes including die cutting, laser engraving, static elimination, dimensional cutting measurement, impedance testing, plasma surface treatment, and vacuum packaging. This comprehensive approach ensures operations are fully automated and meticulously controlled.
The production line is engineered to maintain high standards of cleanliness, precision, and consistency, thereby guaranteeing stable surface quality and conductivity of the electrodes produced.
The successful execution of this project has significantly enhanced the client's automation capabilities in electrode manufacturing, positioning the Turkey facility as a vital production hub that bridges the European and Middle Eastern markets.
