WM-421 Dry Chemical Roll Membrane Dipping Machine

This equipment was developed for the large-scale immersion production process of dry chemical test strip roll membranes. It features adjustable compatibility with immersion tanks of two capacities, offers dual temperature control functions (heating and cooling), and incorporates an automatic liquid level sensor for precise liquid dosage.

The equipment features a roll-type drying chamber that utilizes hot air drying, with adjustable airflow velocity and optimized airflow direction for faster drying. The material winding mechanism employs a precision torque motor, offering controllable speed and adjustable torque to prevent inconsistent tension during winding.

The drying chamber door is constructed from transparent acrylic material, ensuring full visibility throughout the production process. The equipment rollers are made of Teflon material for faster cleaning, and an independent exhaust system can be integrated with the external ventilation system.

Suitable for various types of materials requiring immersion drying. Material width ranges from 30–180 mm; customized models offer a universal range of 150–300 mm.
