On-site Installation & Commissioning

In May 2026, JEARI-AUTO’s engineering team traveled from Guangzhou, China, to Hyderabad, India, to complete the installation and commissioning of a fully automatic blood glucose test strip production line for one of India’s leading IVD manufacturers.

After nearly ten hours of international travel, our engineers arrived at the customer’s factory and immediately started equipment inspection, unpacking, utility connection, and commissioning preparation to ensure the installation could begin on schedule the following day.

Professional Support Under Challenging Conditions

The commissioning work lasted for eight consecutive days.

Every morning, our engineers arrived at the customer’s newly built clean workshop before production began.

During the project, the ambient temperature remained around 38–39°C (100–102°F). The air conditioning system had not yet been commissioned, and temporary power interruptions occasionally occurred during testing.

Despite these conditions, the JEARI-AUTO engineering team completed all equipment commissioning according to schedule through systematic testing, parameter optimization, and process verification.

Comprehensive Technical Training

For many operators, this was their first experience with a fully automatic blood glucose strip production line.

Our engineers provided comprehensive on-site training covering:

• Standard operating procedures

• Machine parameter adjustment

• Daily maintenance

• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

Special attention was given to the Automatic Single Pouch Packaging Machine, which integrates film feeding, rotary cutting, robotic handling, and precision packaging. Every operation was demonstrated repeatedly until the customer’s engineers could independently operate the system.

Successful Acceptance

• After all machines were commissioned, a full production trial was carried out.

• Throughout the trial production, JEARI-AUTO engineers continuously monitored machine performance, optimized operating parameters, and verified production stability under continuous operation.

• The automatic production line successfully passed customer acceptance on the first attempt, meeting all agreed technical requirements.
