The equipment is designed for various materials such as dry chemical test strip meshes, blood filtration membranes, and color development membranes, featuring precise positioning. All feeding shafts and release membrane collection shafts are equipped with independent torque control, ensuring consistent tension during the traction process. It enables automated operations for materials bonding, pressing, and cutting. With its fast speed, high efficiency, and stable quality, this equipment is an ideal production solution for manufacturing enterprises.
For different manufacturing processes, the equipment utilizes coiled raw materials with up to six material inlet ports, enabling simultaneous bonding of six types of materials.
The device employs a bus communication control system. It features simple adjustment—by rotating the screw adjustment wheel, switching between different products becomes straightforward and time-efficient. The intelligent control system enables automatic photoelectric tracking, ensuring comprehensive film application coverage and automatic cutting when the target position is reached. Additionally, it incorporates a production counting function, facilitating efficient production management.
