This device was developed for the multi-channel composite production process of urine test strips, enabling fully automated manufacturing without the need for manual operation.
The equipment removes the double-sided adhesive release paper from the test strip rolls on the disk, then passes them through positioning and rubber rollers before pressing them onto substrates made of PET, PVC, or other materials in various widths. The strips are subsequently cut to the required length (the length can be freely adjusted to match the final product width of 5 mm or 4 mm) with high speed, efficiency, and consistent quality, making it an ideal production solution for manufacturing enterprises.
For the urine test strip filter paper composite process, there are up to 15 raw material inlet ports, allowing simultaneous attachment of 15 filter papers.
The device employs a bus-based communication control system. Customized for specific clients, it can incorporate CCD detection functionality to monitor and control defective products during the manufacturing process.
Scope of Application:
Production of multi-channel laminated filter paper for urine test strips
