This equipment is a fully automated production line developed for the large-scale manufacturing of various electrochemical test strip enzyme immunoassay processes.
The fully automated production process includes: automatic loading/unloading, automatic positioning, automatic enzyme application, visual inspection of defective products, marking of defective items, and direct transportation of finished products to the tunnel furnace or elevator-type oven.
The device supports configuration of multiple channels and dosage settings, with a maximum capacity of 25 channels. It is equipped with a conical calibration tube that enables real-time correction of spotting volumes during the production process.
The needle or spray valve is easy to clean, with the cleaning process automatically completing the cleaning of all channel pipelines and accessories such as needles, which can be disassembled and cleaned independently, ensuring convenient and rapid installation. During equipment operation, only a minimal amount of consumables are generated, all of which are standard components with extremely low usage costs.
