The equipment can be customized with an externally installed sealing protective cover and an internally mounted temperature and humidity controller to ensure the internal environment meets the requirements for product manufacturing. It is equipped with an independent three-coordinate system, allowing for independent configuration of various product specifications such as linear configurations and array point arrangements tailored to different products.
When operating in multi-channel mode, different channels and dosages can be configured independently. The device supports up to 32 distinct reagent doses simultaneously, with each channel being completely independent. During the loading process, reagents remain fully separated, preventing cross-contamination. Needle cleaning is convenient and automated. All channel tubing, needles, and accessories can be easily disassembled and cleaned, ensuring quick and hassle-free installation. During operation, only a minimal amount of consumables are generated, all of which are standard components with extremely low usage costs.
