WM-401-LS Vertical Multi-channel Automatic Microscale Liquid Dispensing Machine

This device is specifically developed for the research and development of various reagent products requiring point liquid spraying, such as those used in biochips and biosensors.

The device can be customized with an externally installed sealing protective cover and an internally mounted temperature and humidity controller to ensure the internal environment meets the requirements for product manufacturing.

The device features an independent three-coordinate system, allowing for customized configuration of spray patterns—including linear, circular, and array configurations—to suit various product specifications.

The device features a bus communication controller. Customizable for clients, it can incorporate various functions such as CCD detection and positioning.

The spray valve is easy to clean, with the cleaning process automatically completed by the equipment. Components such as pipeline conduits and needle tips can be disassembled and cleaned independently, ensuring convenient and rapid installation. During operation, only a minimal amount of consumables are generated, all of which are standard parts with extremely low usage costs.




Scope of Application:

For production of products requiring reagent spraying or droplet dispensing, such as biochips, biosensors, and enzyme spotting applications.
