WM-225 Blood Glucose Test Strip High-Speed Single Piece Cutting Production Line

The equipment features automatic strip feeding, precision alignment and rolling cutting, and automated waste material removal. It performs defect detection, quantity counting, automatic collection, and bottle loading. The process includes repeated weighing inspections, cap pressing, and product discharge. This system is an ideal production solution for large-scale manufacturing facilities. The entire production line is monitored and inspected by 12 CCD vision systems; after bottle loading, the equipment conducts another weighing inspection, followed by a secondary visual inspection of caps and product appearance upon completion of capping.
