The device uses hole positioning technology to ensure precise cutting dimensions. Custom molds can be designed for different shapes, enabling one-time forming of 25–50 strips per cycle.
Optional configuration includes CCD vision inspection for automatic defective product removal and automatic counting and bottling functions, enhancing production accuracy and efficiency.
