The OS-2X-VT-A Semi-Automatic Screen Printing Machine is designed for precision screen printing applications such as flexible printed circuits (FPC), test strips, and capacitive touch panels. It features a CCD vision alignment system with servo-driven screen lifting, Japanese-made reduction motor, precision lead screw and encoder for accurate positioning up to ±0.05mm. The screen-off distance can be set from 0-30mm via HMI, controlled by a high-end PLC for precise and efficient printing, making it ideal for precision screen printing.

Suitable for precision screen printing on flexible printed circuits (FPC), diagnostic test strips, capacitive touch panels, and similar products.
