This device was developed specifically for the filling process of liquid nitrogen freeze-dried microspheres.

The equipment is custom-installed with a sealing protective cover, and an internal vacuum extraction system or nitrogen supply system is installed to ensure that the internal environment meets the requirements for product manufacturing.

The device is equipped with a CCD vision system for coordinate positioning of freeze-dried pellets across the entire area, featuring an independent three-coordinate system that enables precise adsorption and packaging of pellets at different locations.

For different tubes and containers, the equipment can be fitted with interchangeable tooling for seamless packaging assembly. The design incorporates reserved automated feeding and unloading channels, enabling fully automated manufacturing processes.
