WM-404 Blood Glucose Test Strip Cross Station Automatic Micro Dispensing Machine

This equipment is developed for manufacturers of biochips and biosensors. The design features two cross-workstations where different operational tasks are performed sequentially, thereby enhancing both production and testing efficiency.

The device can be customized with an externally installed sealing protective cover and an internally mounted temperature and humidity controller to ensure the internal environment meets the requirements for product manufacturing.

The equipment is equipped with a CCD vision system for precise positioning of products printed with specific marks or color blocks (such as electrodes or other lines). It features an independent five-coordinate system, allowing for customized configurations of linear, circular, or array-shaped products tailored to different requirements. The system adjusts according to the designated spotting positions, and after spotting is completed, the CCD automatically verifies the spotting results.

The needle or spray valve is easy to clean, with the cleaning process automatically completed by the equipment. All channel pipelines, needles, and other components can be disassembled and cleaned independently, ensuring convenient and rapid installation. During operation, only a minimal amount of consumables are generated, all of which are standard parts with extremely low usage costs.
