Base Plate Forming Machine

This Base Plate Forming Machine is specially designed for precision forming and shaping of diagnostic test strip base plates. It realizes automatic feeding, fixed-length cutting, precise punching, bending and integral forming in one process. The machine adopts high-precision positioning and stable transmission structure, ensuring uniform size, neat incision and consistent forming accuracy of each base plate. With adjustable processing parameters, simple HMI operation and stable running performance, it is suitable for mass production of base plates for blood glucose test strips, urine test strips and other in vitro diagnostic consumables, meeting GMP production and quality standard requirements.

Scope of Application:

Custom-designed for lipid test strip manufacturing, this equipment is used for precise forming of test strip base plates, including cutting and creasing processes. Compatible with various lipid test strip formats and base materials with widths from 30 to 180 mm.
